Meet Jamie, the sprayer behind BlendX
BlendX Auto is Jamie’s own, newly launched mobile paint repair business. The experience behind it is his: more than 10 years of spraying vehicles.
Experience
Aircraft, trains and cars
Jamie has spent over 10 years as a paint sprayer. Along the way he has painted aircraft, trains and cars, each with its own standards and ways of working.
From 2022 to 2025 he worked at DWV, where he ran a mobile SMART repair van carrying out localised paint repairs for insurance companies. That is the same kind of work BlendX Auto now offers: repairing damaged paint where the car is parked.
He started BlendX Auto because he enjoys spraying vehicles and wanted to offer that work directly to drivers around Derby.
